for one trying to rid herself of depression for the past 4 years, this is a step forward for me. thank you for posting. i will fulfill my duty to fill myself with my own positive enrgy instead of lashing out on those i really do love.This is a really great decision and the best one you can take to fulfill yourself and to free the ones you love from guilt and blame. Concentrate on yourself and give your love and enthusiasm to those you really love. They deserve it! Wish you all the best! Ineke
I really think that this article is nothing but a bunch of BS, I mean come on, stealing someones energy and the easist way to steal someone's energy is to hurt them? Good choice on wording though, you did make it somewhat believable, I will give you that.
Kevin will proberbly never see this...but, in hope others will....Kevin just stole my energy by his negative comment....To bad he is NOT into seeing his role in how others feel by how he see's himself and what he says, or does. I only read his comments and would not want to meet this person.
